Digital Products (PDF downloads, graphic packs): All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately accessible upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

Exception: If you were charged in error, received a duplicate charge, or experienced a verified technical failure that prevented delivery, please contact us at support@blackgirlmoments.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your case and issue a refund if the error is confirmed on our end.

Subscriptions (Inner Circle Membership): Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Disputes: We ask that you contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly by emailing support@blackgirlmoments.com. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
